Utility cost are on the ever-increasing path and in most cases above inflation. In most cases, these utilities are post paid, meaning the resident is only paying for the utility after they have used it. Municipalities are not interested in whether you, as the landlord or Body Corporate, have shortfalls in your collections. They want their payment in full and on time.
